About the role
From brand films to social content, you will coordinate schedules, vendors, locations and paperwork so directors can shoot.
What you will do
- Build call sheets, schedules and budgets for shoots.
- Book crew, locations, equipment and travel.
- Track deliveries against the brief and the calendar.
- Be the on-ground point of contact on shoot days.
What we look for
- Experience coordinating film, photo or branded-content shoots.
- Organised, direct, and comfortable on the phone.
- Willingness to work early calls and occasional weekends.
- Based in Kochi; travel as required.
