Do not send health, biometric, or other sensitive data through this website unless we have asked for it in writing for a specific role.

• Enquiries — while we talk about the work, then usually up to 24 months, unless a contract or the law needs longer.
• Job applications — for the hiring round, then up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete sooner and we are not required to keep it.
• Newsletter — until you unsubscribe.
• Server logs — a short period for security and diagnostics.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete personal information we hold, or to stop marketing emails. Write to [email protected] and include enough detail for us to find your record. We may need to confirm who you are. We cannot always delete information we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Children
