The site describes our services, shows selected work, publishes insights, lists jobs, and lets you contact us. We may change or take down any part of it without notice.

Nothing on the site is a bid, a quotation, or professional advice unless we confirm it in a signed proposal or contract.

Using the site

• Use it lawfully. Do not harm the site, other users, or our systems.
• Do not try to break security, scrape the site aggressively, or upload malware.
• Do not spam forms or submit them under a false identity.
• Job applications must be your own. Do not send someone else’s resume without their permission.

Enquiries and proposals

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A project, campaign or retainer starts only when both sides agree in writing (proposal, statement of work, purchase order or contract) and any agreed advance is received.

Timelines, budgets and results mentioned on the site or in conversation are estimates until that written agreement.

Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, logos, films, photographs, case studies and software on this site belong to LSD or our licensors. You may view them to learn about us. You may not copy, republish, scrape or reuse them commercially without our written permission, except where the law allows.

Client brands in case studies belong to those clients. Showing that work does not mean they endorse every statement on this site.

Work we create for a client is governed by that client’s contract, not by these website terms.

What you send us

If you send a message, brief, file or resume, you confirm you have the right to send it. We store it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Careers

Roles on the Careers page are invitations to apply, not job offers. We may close, change or leave a role unfilled. Applying does not create employment.

Other sites and products

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, client sites or products such as XL Talent are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

No website warranty

The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent Indian law allows, we disclaim implied warranties for the website itself.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LSD Productions Private Limited and its directors, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, goodwill or business, from your use of the site.

These terms do not exclude liability that Indian law does not allow us to exclude, including fraud.

Our total liability from your use of the website (not from a separate client contract) is limited to ₹5,000.

Indemnity

You will cover LSD for claims, losses and costs that arise from your misuse of the site or from content you submit, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
